  1. asiaexpat62: Try Youtube 'Thai Style" for proper pronunciation and tongue/mouth placement. It really helped me. Look at www.learnthaistyle.com for more. Remember, this is Standard Thai, not Issan, so may be a little different than the way people in Issan speak, but they will understand you better. Keep up the videos and Thai classes, your doing great.
  2. Jan Folke Rørvik: Do you need shots for malaria and dengue before going to Thailand?
  3. 69Phuket: Sorry to hear. Life and death is a fine line you have to walk over there. I felt i had to put a plank in an empty fish pen....Her Father had caught and put a 'len' (Commodo Dragon..10ft long) I don't know what happened but nothing was said about it's absence in the morning. But all the Magnificent Creature wants is fish...And they were there before the humans came!
  4. Daniel Clint: If any of your viewers need a good attorney for immigration issues or any other legal issues within Thailand; I highly recommend my friend Ben Hart, who is the founder of Integrity Legal. Ben is an American and speaks English natively as well as Thai. He is honest and knowledgeable and has become a Thai citizen, so he has dual citizenship. Integrity Legal is located in Bangkok. Ask for Ben Hart and tell Ben that Dan Clint sent you. I guarantee you will be satisfied. http://www.integrity-legal.com
  5. notime2bsad: Thanks Daz. Again I think people are here for different reasons. If you want to LIVE here permanently you need to apply yourself a little to assimilate.
  6. Kevin P: Chuck, on my main page your earlier videos showed up. The one named How I met my Thai wife. Wow you have lost quite a bit of weight since then....looking good.
  7. Glenn Jones: yea, nam pla is OK, plaRa no way
  8. mr10man69: sorry to hear that traveling man..
  9. Traveling man: We befriended a female young soi dog. She always waited for us to do our daily run and ran with us. She became pregnant and was due anytime, we looked for her today and saw her brown body today by the side of a road. We are in shock! There was also a guy that was mentally impaired, very nice guy who stood along the road everyday. Someone hit him in the head while sleeping and he died. Another time on our run , we ran by a truck with a few passengers standing out of the vehicle smiling and talking. On the way back on the run, two ladies were hysterical and some guy went into the water and pulled out the other guy's body in front of us. My honey tried CPR being an ex nurse to no avail. Ive never seen these events so fairly close to each other in my life.
